A startup company launched a media product two years ago. It is a freemium model that has a mobile-web experience and a mobile app for both iOS and Android. The company’s business strategy was to first build a user base by offering a free product and then evolve the feature set so they could monetize on a premium (paid) product.

Popmenu: Online Ticket Sales

How might we incorporate ticketed event sales into the existing ordering event and/or calendar event flow within My.Popmenu.com? Many clients have inquired about the ability to sell tickets/seats for events, and the current work around is cumbersome and has a lot of room for error.

How might we provide a way for people to get to know one another before their shared experience takes place? The biggest con for shared experiences is the “unknown” so I wanted to find a way to bridge that gap to make shared experiences less uncomfortable for users.
